We are now offering Online Therapy to better serve the diverse needs of our community.
In an era where the digital landscape continues to evolve, we understand the importance of providing accessible and convenient mental health support. Our commitment to your well-being remains steadfast, and we are excited to leverage technology to ensure that you can access professional psychology services from the comfort of your own space.
We offer psychological support to manage stress and anxiety, and provide video therapy for trauma, chronic pain, and relationship problems. The service is offered through online counselling to our existing and new clients.
Video therapy is provided by a clinical psychologist, Valery Kleiman. You can find more information about his credentials and experience here. To access online counselling appointments, users simply need a tablet, computer, or mobile device with access to the internet.
Currently, online counselling is only available to residents of Ontario.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with easy-to-follow instructions. There’s no need to download any software or apps! Simply use your web browser on your PC, Mac, tablet, or phone for a seamless and secure video session.

Important Information
In order to create an opportunity for intensive therapy work, our sessions are usually last full 60 minutes.
Full psychotherapy session (60 minutes) – $270.
Many insurance companies cover the treatment of mental health disorders — treatment that includes in-person psychotherapy. If you work with a psychologist in his office, your insurance could cover most or all of the fee, depending on whether you need to meet a deductible and your overall coverage. However, online therapy services are sometimes not covered or reimbursable by some insurance providers. If you plan to be reimbursed, check with your insurance company first. Otherwise, prepare to pay for the full cost yourself.
The payment is due in the end of each session. Psychologist will provide an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or keep for tax purposes.
Despite the potential benefits, psychologists caution that Web-therapy may not be the best option for everyone or every situation in need of professional support. Here is an important point to consider or ask before signing up: Is this the right tool to help me? The research hasn’t yet shown that stand-alone therapy online or via texting is effective for everyone in every situation.
Since online therapists are distant from the client, it is difficult to respond quickly and effectively when a crisis happens. If a client is experiencing suicidal thoughts or has suffered a personal tragedy, it can be difficult or even impossible for the therapist to provide direct assistance.
In many cases, online therapists cannot see facial expressions, vocal signals, or body language. These signals can often be quite telling and give the psychologist important information about your feelings, thoughts, moods, and behaviors. Video conferencing or teletherapy can provide a clearer picture of the situation, but they often lack the intimacy and intricacy that real-world interactions possess.
Psychotherapy works in part because psychologists ensure that clients have a safe, private space to share deeply personal and sometimes difficult stories, thoughts or emotions. What happens and is said in a therapy office stays there, with the exception of a few situations.
we take your privacy very seriously, and that’s why we have chosen a fully encrypted platform that requires minimal information and complies with Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), the Personal Information Protection Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and all equivalent personal health information protection legislation in Canada.
All servers are privately hosted and located in Canada, with the Amazon secure cloud. All personal information is deleted when it is no longer necessary to deliver the service, or immediately when a user closes their account. The technology is regularly audited by a third party to ensure privacy obligations are always being met.
